Tsaritsyno on the map:

Walk along the Kremlin

The Kremlin is a symbol of all of Russia, if you look at it with the eyes of foreigners. It was from these walls that the soldiers went to the front during the Second World War, and here they celebrated the victory in 1945.

Along these walls, a lot of at first glance inconspicuous, but no less interesting little things have gathered:

  • Characters of Russian fairy tales;
  • Fountain in the form of galloping horses;
  • Minsk star;
  • Ruby stars.

Photos with the Kremlin in the background have already become classics. In addition to walking under the walls, you can go to one of the Kremlin museums or visit at once in a comprehensive manner. It is convenient to get to the Kremlin from the stations Arbatskaya, Aleksandrovsky Sad, Borovitskaya or Biblioteka im. Lenin.

You can see the following objects here:

Armouries. approximate price full ticket - 700 rubles, discount - 350 rubles;

Walk on Red Square

You can walk around Red Square immediately after visiting the Kremlin. It makes sense to take pictures here either late at night or in the early morning before the opening of the metro. During the day, there are so many Chinese and tourists that you cannot take a single photo without strangers in the frame.

Funny thing: many of the inscriptions to her husband are duplicated on Chinese... After the ruble sank, Moscow became one of the budget options travel.

On Red Square you can see:

  • Zero kilometer;
  • Alexander Garden;
  • Historical Museum;
  • Resurrection gate;
  • Kazan Cathedral;
  • Place of execution;
  • Monument to Pozharsky, Minin;

You can walk around the square around the clock.

Moscow where to go for a tourist in one day:

Look into GUM

GUM can be called one of the department stores in the capital. People come here not only for shopping. It looks like a museum that immerses you in the atmosphere of Soviet Moscow.

Sounding Soviet hits from the speakers, glass ceilings, the exterior, as in a merchant's residence. Branded Soviet ice cream in cones is delivered along long corridors on carts. For 1 piece you need to pay 50 rubles. But, you will not find a more delicious delicacy in all of Moscow.

GUM on the map:

View the tallest building in Europe

Moscow skyscrapers require special attention. Each of them turns into a whole masterpiece. It is impossible to take your eyes off the spiraling tower called Evolution.

The City of Capitals complex stands out majestically against the background of ordinary architecture. It looks like it is made up of dozens of cubes. giant size... The tallest buildings are considered to be Mercury, OKO and Federation.

It is the Federation with a size of 374 meters that is considered the most tall building in Europe. But progress does not stand still and it is likely that soon the skyscraper will give up its title to a more modern neighbor.

By the way, I recommend that you subscribe to Aviamania YouTube channel, since we already remembered about Europe, then I must say that there are a lot of places where I shot videos for you:

Back to the topic: Moscow where to go for a tourist in one day

Against the backdrop of skyscrapers, you can take pictures, walk and argue endlessly about the edge of human power.

Some towers are equipped with observation platforms, the cost of lifting is about 500 rubles per person. For couples in love, there is an opportunity to spend a date on the roof. The approximate cost of the pleasure is 6,000 rubles.

Federation Tower on the map:

Climb the Sparrow Hills

Vorobyovy Gory is a free observation deck in Moscow with a fantastic view. You can get here from the metro station of the same name.

Part of the road will go along the highway, the second part - up the alleys of the old park. In general, the road from the metro to observation deck takes up to 30 minutes on foot.

When going here for a walk, it is worth dressing warmer. It is quite windy and cold on the mountain. If possible, you can grab a thermos with warm tea. Here, interesting photographs are obtained and almost all the cult objects of the capital are viewed.

Vorobyovy Gory on the map:

Take a walk along the Old Arbat

Old Arbat is remembered for the spirit of history, diverse buildings and hundreds of little things. In a hurry, much is not noticed, but when you are walking, there is a chance to absorb every touch, every little thing of Mother Moscow.

  • Arbat Gate Square;
  • Restaurant Prague, reminiscent of a medieval castle with a tower;
  • Corporal Punishment Museum;
  • Central House of the Actor;
  • Viktor Tsoi wall;

On a visit to Bulgakovskaya Margarita

Few people know that there is a house in Moscow where Margarita of the famous Bulgakov lived. The works of this author will remain popular forever.

The house in which the heroine allegedly lived was built for Savva Morozov, an ideological domestic millionaire. Fyodor Shekhtel, one of the most popular architects, was engaged in the project. What he did, you can watch for free today.

On the this moment this building houses the Reception House of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The nearest metro stations are Barrikadnaya, Mayakovskaya. The building looks like a medieval residence. These are great photos. The building is located at 17 Spiridonovka Street.

Finding out what Moscow it is, where to go for a tourist in one day, it is difficult to ignore the Chinese culture. Near the metro station Chistye Prudy there is a real tea house of the 19th century.

Externally, the building is very reminiscent of the architecture from the films. It is as if collected by strokes of Photoshop and adapted to modern reality.

The project brought together Chinese culture, an extraordinary architectural solution, and tea traditions. What came of this, observe with your own eyes. You can find the attraction at Myasnitskaya Street, No. 19.

Eliseevsky store in Moscow

It would seem, what could be interesting in an ordinary store, when there are thousands of them all over Moscow. Eliseevsky shop immerses you in the medieval atmosphere of the times of merchants and nobility.

Just imagine that you open the door and dive into the past. The aroma of spices, fresh coffee, pastries, cheese and sweets soars in the air. The merchant Eliseev, after whom the institution is named, built a shop in the residence of Princess Z. Volkonskaya.

It has survived to this day practically unchanged. Only here you can walk through a medieval shop, buying the most common products. Historical interiors, spectacular design, presentation of trade will not leave you indifferent. The institution is located on Tverskaya street, number 14.

Well courtyards

In Russia, courtyards-wells are associated with St. Petersburg. It is there that there are a lot of such structures. But, these architectural decisions did not go around, and the capital of our country. Where did they come from?

The fashion to build courtyards-wells began in the 17th century, when these buildings were built for the poor and middle class of the population. People came here only to sleep after exhausting work.

In Moscow, courtyards-wells meet different types... They are considered romantic, mysterious and even mystical. According to local residents, in some places goosebumps run. Especially when you move around them in the evening.

You can also look into one of these courtyards. It is located at Tverskaya Street No. 6, No. 12, No. 7.

At present, an underground mine of the same name is being built on board the open pit to develop the remaining subpit reserves, the extraction of which is unprofitable in the open pit. Here you can find out everything about diamond mining and buy diamonds at cost.

Lake Baikal

Around the lake there are many tourist areas, bases and sanatoriums. The Great Tourist Trail runs along the shores of Lake Baikal - a system of ecological routes with hiking and horseback riding excursions.

It is very clean and transparent. The composition of the water contains little salt. Therefore, the water of Lake Baikal can be compared with distilled water.

The area surrounding Lake Baikal is unique in that many species of its plants and animals are present only here. The lake is inhabited by 2,600 species and subspecies of animals, more than half of them are not found anywhere except Lake Baikal. The Baikal sturgeon and omul, burbot, taimen, pike, whitefish are found here.

In winter, in extreme cold, you can observe a very beautiful natural phenomenon when the ice is bursting with large cracks. This phenomenon occurs under a loud sound reminiscent of thunder.

There are 27 islands on Lake Baikal, the largest is Olkhon Island. It is there that many tourists flock to live in tents, feel the romance, and enjoy the surrounding splendor. The peculiarity of this island is that it only has 48 cloudy days a year.

Kizhi Museum-Reserve

Preserve of Russian wooden architecture.

According to legend, the 22-domed Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord, consecrated in 1714, was built with one ax without nails, which the master then threw into the lake.
The Intercession Church, built half a century later, complements the Transfiguration Church, echoes it, reflected in an architectural echo.

If the temple of the Transfiguration of the Lord is directed upwards, then the nine-domed Church of the Intercession is wide and ridged. The ensemble is complemented by a tent-roofed bell tower, built in 1863 on the site of the old one.

The Kizhi Pogost, consisting of two multi-domed churches and a bell tower in a single fence, is distinguished by ideal proportions and harmoniously fits into the surrounding landscape.

From the point in the center of the Moscow map, where the main clock of the country goes and the zero kilometer sign is hammered into the ground, the countdown of Russian time and space always begins. Kremlin - history Center Moscow, the spiritual and state symbol of Russia.
The oldest part of Moscow and the official residence of the President of Russia. Initially, the Kremlin was made of wood, the first fortifications on Borovitsky Hill in 1238 were destroyed by the Mongol-Tatars. In 1330, the oldest church in Moscow, the Cathedral of the Savior on Bor, appeared in the Kremlin. During the construction of the Grand Kremlin Palace in the 19th century, the cathedral was neatly inscribed in its courtyard and is carefully preserved to this day.

In the second half of the 15th century, the Moscow Kremlin was rebuilt by Italian architects, who took as a basis the ducal residence of Sforza in Milan. Then the Archangel, Annunciation and Assumption Cathedrals, the Faceted Chamber and the Ivan the Great bell tower appeared. In the 17th century, the Kremlin towers were completed with tiered and hipped roofs, acquiring a modern look.

St. Basil's Cathedral is located on Red Square. According to legend, after the completion of the construction, Ivan the Terrible ordered to blind the architect so that he could no longer build anything of the kind.

The Mausoleum of V.I. Lenin, a necropolis near the Kremlin wall, where prominent people of the USSR are buried, Lobnoe mesto, a monument to Minin and Pozharsky, Upper Trading Rows (GUM), the Historical Museum, opened in 1883, and the Kazan Cathedral.

Man-Pupu-Ner plateau

This unique geological natural monument is located in the Troitsko-Pechora region of Komi.

It is called the Ural Stonehenge for the huge stone pillars scattered over the mountain, reaching 40 meters in height. A hike to this wonder of the world is possible on foot (200 km in 5-6 days) from the side Sverdlovsk region, Perm Territory and the Komi Republic or by helicopter.

About 200 million years ago, in place of stone pillars were high mountains... Rain, snow, wind, frost and heat gradually destroyed the mountains, and especially the weak rocks. The hard sericite-quartzite schists, of which the remnants are composed, were less destroyed and survived to this day, while the soft rocks were destroyed by weathering and carried away by water and wind into the relief depressions.

One pillar, 34 m high, stands somewhat apart from the others; it resembles a huge bottle turned upside down. Six others were lined up at the edge of the cliff. The pillars have bizarre outlines and, depending on the place of examination, resemble a figure. huge man then the head of a horse or a ram. In past times, the Mansi deified grandiose stone statues, worshiped them, but climbing Man-pupu-ner was the greatest sin.
