How to return a ticket?

To return tickets, go to "My Orders". Select your trip and click on "Return tickets". Select the tickets you want to return from the order and issue a refund.

If you do not see "My Orders", please enter the site. Login - the email address with which the tickets were ordered. The password is in the letter that was sent after your first order on Tutu.ru. If the letter is lost, the password can be restored.

The money will be returned to the card with which the tickets were purchased within 30 days. But usually they return after 3-4 banking days. Not the entire amount of the order will be returned, the size depends on the time when the tickets were handed over.

In order not to lose on the return, issue special conditions for the return, then we will return the entire amount and the service fee when returning an hour or more before the train departure.

How to transport an animal on a train?

What should I do if I made a mistake when entering passenger data?

If you made a mistake in one letter of the name, surname, passport number or date of birth - do not worry. You will be allowed in with such a ticket. Exception - the error affects the cost of the ticket, for example, it was paid for as a "child", and after being corrected it must become an "adult".

If the train of the carrier "FPK", and you have confused the passport number, name or patronymic, the data can be corrected in the terminal, which the conductors or the head of the train have. You will need to pay 200 rubles for issuing a new travel document.

Not all conductors are aware of this, so please contact in advance before the train leaves.

If there are so many errors that the passenger cannot be identified, the ticket can only be returned - on the website or at the ticket office.

How can I change a ticket for another date or for another train?

According to Russian Railways rules, a ticket can only be exchanged for an earlier train. You can also upgrade the class of service - for example, take tickets in a compartment if there was a reserved seat.

You can exchange a ticket if there is less than 24 hours left before the departure of the train to which the ticket is being reissued. If there is more than 24 hours before departure, the exchange is not possible. It is still not possible to change the carrier and the station of departure and arrival. But you can change the station, for example, to leave St. Petersburg for Moscow not from the Moscow railway station, but from Ladozhsky.

You will not be able to reissue a ticket for another person.

To exchange a ticket, go personally to the ticket office of the station with the ticket and the original passport or other document for which the order was made. If you took tickets for children, their presence is not needed, the original birth certificate is sufficient.

Registration of electronic tickets in luxury carriages of 1A, 1M or 1I class is carried out with the purchase of an entire compartment, in which one or two passengers can travel. In international traffic (far abroad): SV or Lux 1/1 (Single) - passage of 1 passenger in the whole compartment, SV 1/2 (Double) - passage of 1 passenger in a double compartment, Lux 1/2 (Double) - passage to a whole compartment of two passengers.

Children can travel with adult passengers in the compartment of Lux carriages without taking a seat (). Registration of a child without occupying a separate seat is possible at the ticket office.

In international traffic: SV or Lux 1/1 (Single) is valid for 1 passenger in a whole compartment, SV 1/2 (Double) - for 1 passenger in one seat, Lux 1/2 (Double) - for 2 passengers in total coupe.
