We had a rest with children in December 2018, we liked everything very much and the hotel and the food (you won’t stay hungry for sure!), In the children’s pool they turned on the heating in the evening (you can’t pull the children out), adults went to fish-peeling in the evenings (absolutely free at the main entrance, there is a pool ), in general, we recommend it to everyone!

Hello everyone. I rested at the Palm Hotel with my husband in April of this year. The territory is gorgeous. A beautiful hotel with fish to feed! There are two swimming pools - large, clean. The beach is across the road from the bungalow. Everything is very close and pleasant. The sea is a bit cold though. We've seen it warmer. But not critical. The beach is clean, spacious and beautiful. There are few people. The rooms are comfortable, everything you need was there. The main advantage of the hotel, in my opinion, is dinner. Be sure to take it. We have been to many places, and the Maldives saw Sri Lanka, but I have not seen such an abundance anywhere else. Basically, this applies to seafood - shrimp, squid, oysters, crabs, all kinds of fish. Everything is delicious and plentiful. By the way, a nice amazing bonus from the hotel - beer at dinner for free. And other drinks too. Near the hotel there is a shop where you can buy a snack and drink and drink. Everything is very inexpensive.

We are resting in China, in Sanya for the third time. This time we chose the Palm Beach Hotel. We chose this hotel due to the combination of price, location of the hotel and positive reviews on various sites. We liked the hotel. The territory of the hotel is medium in size, but quite cozy. Everything is nearby, regardless of the type of accommodation. We took a family room. We got a room on the third floor, with an excellent and spacious balcony-terrace overlooking the pool and palm trees, which suited us just fine. The hotel has two swimming pools. One is shallow, the other is deep. The water does not smell like chlorine. The lighting of the pools worked until 21.00, and we calmly swam after 18.00, when no one was there. The hotel beach is wonderful, there were enough sunbeds. There is a volleyball net. Liked the breakfasts very much. Nothing fancy, but there was always porridge, Vietnamese soup, eggs, fruit and sandwich sets. There were also hot dishes. Always three types of fresh juices and great Vietnamese coffee! Hotel service is top notch. Room cleaning every day. The only reason I give the hotel a rating of 8 is the absence of any bar or cafe on the territory. For those who do not expect VIP service and are not ready to overpay for additional service. I rested with my wife in early September 2014. I arrived at lunchtime, they settled quickly. The area is very, very clean. We spent a little over a week at this hotel. We went on almost all excursions. There are no complaints about feeding. The rooms are quite tolerable, the windows looked out onto the inner garden. Cleaning in our room was 3+. Every day they gave out water, changed the towels in the bathroom (which, by the way, were already very worn out), washed the floors (except under the bed), and gave out almost all things like shampoos, soap, toothbrushes ... They never changed beach towels in 10 days and the sheets were never changed.
The territory is large, beautiful palm trees, ficuses, grass, bridges, a small lake. But on the very first day, when we were sitting by the pool late in the evening, we saw a rat! Not the most pleasant first impression. But then we still often met them ...
Swimming pool. For some reason, the hotel advises swimming only there, and not swimming in the sea) So the hotel has 2 pools, near the main building where the reception is, and near the other buildings, closer to the sea.
On the very first evening, we saw how wonderfully it was cleaned .... bleach was simply thrown there with huge ladles. There is no water purification system. There is green mud at the bottom.
In the second pool, the picture is even cooler, even small fish swim in the children's pool! and of course also dirty water and a dirty green-brown bottom.
The beach is endless! Nice sand, cool sea with waves. Waves by the way every day, sometimes strong, sometimes a little weaker. As the guides said, swimming is strictly until 18.00, then the police will fine you. Very few sunbeds and umbrellas. There is always a red flag hanging on the beach, and a lifeguard/guard is on duty. So, if you went swimming and left your bags, the guard absolutely calmly approaches your bag, opens it in fear to see what is there and calls to the shore with a whistle if you have something valuable in your bag! It can even call the police to talk to you! Well, yes, midges bite on the beach.

Fried eggs, noodles, rice, chicken or fish (not tasty at all), rice milk porridge, inedible sausages or bacon, a couple of types of cereal, yogurt. From vegetables - radishes, carrots, cucumbers, onions and very rarely tomatoes. From fruits bananas, tasteless green guavas, green melons and almost normal watermelons. There is a $100 fine for taking food out. If you come with a large bag, you must leave it in front of the entrance to the restaurant or put it in a hotel bag and attach a clip.
Wi-fi is supposed to be in every room, but it's not. Sometimes during the day you have it, in the evening it’s gone, and you have to call the master to fix it, but he doesn’t come very soon. The next day or the next day. We had to ask for it 4 times. By the way, all rooms have the same Wi-Fi password, so it sometimes helped out.

For two weeks, in the second half of November, we rested in Hainan at the Palm Hotel Beach Resort& Spa 4*. The tour was purchased from the tour operator Tez Tour. True, not a very good time of arrival on the island, after going through all the formalities at the airport, we arrived at the hotel at 4 o'clock in the morning. The flight from Samara was 8 hours. 20 minutes. and for another 8 hours they sat waiting for the settlement, and the Chinese categorically refuse to settle before the set time, either for money or for gifts. I'm not saying this as a reproach, I know international rules, but it's very hard to wait so long after a sleepless night. As a result, when we settled in, we slept until the evening, so the first day can not be considered a day of rest. Settlement: Gifts in the form of Alenka chocolates are no longer theresurprise, they put a large chocolate bar in their passports and asked the guide to give a room in a quiet building and preferably on the 2nd floor.
