DECEPTION on the part of the hotel during accommodation (I ordered a room with a sea view in the main building of the hotel, and upon arrival they settled in provincial apartments (two-storey houses, which are located separately from the hotel 150 meters). DECEPTION with drinks at "All inclusive" - wine terrible quality, just burdock, coffee from a coffee machine for breakfast - slop with milk, not coffee. The hotel has practically no territory where you could walk in the evening. No, not even an adapter for sockets - they save 2 euros on guests (the cost of the adapter is store, which I had to buy so that I could charge my phone and laptop.) Hotel Melissa does not allow such things with the Germans and British, because they know that the rights of citizens of Germany and Great Britain are very well protected, which cannot be said about citizens of the Russian Federation. If you want to ruin your holiday because of such deceptions, then this is the hotel for you, and if not, then you can find others in Ayia Napa good hotels, where they do not allow themselves such deceptions, having received full payment for the accommodation of guests.

Our holiday in Cyprus at the Melissa Beach Hotel was 100% successful! The hotel area is quite small, but cozy and green. Everything there is very thought out: the location of the pools and the beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. Check-in at the hotel was quick, as soon as we arrived. The service and attitude of the staff towards vacationers is simply at the highest level! Immediately upon arrival, the nice Cypriot girl at the reception handed us the keys to our room. Our family room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The room has new furniture, appliances and even working plumbing. Everything is in working order. We were pleasantly surprised by a surprise from the hotel in the form of a bottle of wine and a bowl of ripe fruit. Special thanks to the staff for their efficiency and diligence: everything you don’t order is brought in a matter of minutes. The room was cleaned daily, after cleaning everything just sparkled and smelled nice. We ate on an all-inclusive basis. All the food was very fresh and satisfying, and most importantly – varied. It was especially pleasant to have breakfast and dinner with calm music. The restaurant menu always included pastries, yoghurts, salads, fruits, as well as several types of meat and fish. For those wishing to purchase a variety of expensive alcohol, there was a supermarket not far from the hotel. The hotel's beach is wide and clean, there are always plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The entry into the water is gentle and sandy - it was very convenient to enter the sea. From our romantic getaway there were only positive emotions and memories.

The hotel is simply magnificent! Check-in went very quickly and smoothly. They gave us a wonderful room with a view of palm trees, hills and the sea. The hotel is located right next to the sandy beach. The water is clean, a comfortable beach, boats - everything is just wonderful! Excellent sunny weather - paradise for a young family! The area is not very large, but beautiful and very well maintained. There was a place to take a walk in the evenings around the hotel perimeter. There is a luxurious restaurant in the main building. The food is to die for! Lots of meat dishes. The staff is responsive and never refuses to help. The hotel also offers a variety of entertainment options. There is a playground for children, volleyball, darts, and aqua aerobics. We had a great time combining active and relaxing holidays there!

The distance from the buildings to the sea is 150 meters, the distance to the main building of the hotel is 80 meters. Access to the beach is via an asphalt road located on the east side of the apartment complex. The entire infrastructure of the Melissi Beach hotel is freely available to guests of the apartments.
The courtyard behind the main building of the Melissi Beach Hotel is occupied by a large two-level free-form swimming pool. The upper level of the pool is designed with an overflow of water; its shape includes decorative bays, a fountain, and a “peninsula” connected to the platforms by wooden bridges. The bays of the pool have different depths - indicated for each bay. The boundaries of small zones are marked by buoys. Using the depth markings, it is convenient for parents to determine the safest swimming area for young and middle-aged children. For the youngest children, there is a separate splash pool near the main pool, shaded by a large umbrella.
