It is useful for departing tourists to know that there is a Tax Free counter on the territory of the passenger terminal. If during your stay in the country you made purchases worth more than 155 euros**, you can get VAT back on them. This rule applies to all purchases made at special retail outlets, decorated with a special “Tax Free” sign. The main thing is not to forget to take the receipt for the purchase.
Note! If the purchased item was packed in luggage, it is presented at counter No. 1 of the inspection point. In other cases, customs inspection is carried out on the 2nd floor. The money is returned in a special kiosk at the entrance to duty-free (operates in accordance with the arrivals and departures board).
